PROCESS SERVING RATES
The flat rates we offer are both affordable and competitive with others in the market. Our team accommodates visits to both the workplace as well as the home of the individual to be served. Granted that both addresses are in the same city and are provided at the time of request, we will include this in the flat rate price. Also included in the flat rate is 3 attempts at serving the individual at each given address.
If you require more than one process service at a particular address, the additional cost is only $30.00 on top of the flat rate. This holds true for any area. Beyond this, the only other fees are for couriers, notarization – $50.00, substitutional mailing – $3.00, flat rate 407 ETR Toll Charge – $6.00, and locate charges, if successful, $50.00.
